What Kind of a Health Caretaker of Your Own Body Are You?

We all have some common aspects: one soul, one mind and one body.  The way we take care of our bodies will tell on us when we start to get a little on the uphill side of life.  Some people will look and feel great and be ready to take on the world, while some will be broken down with disease and too overweight to really do anything about it.

How we treat our bodies when we are young will have a huge impact on how or bodies will treat us when we get older.  While still in your youthful days it would be wise to eat healthy and to get some exercise when you can to keep your muscles in tone.  From experience I can tell you that you really need to keep your blood pressure under control for if you don’t you risk destroying your kidneys.  And let me tell you, dialysis is not a joke.  You would also be doing yourself a grave injustice by letting stress get a hand hold on you. You need to get the upper hand on stress and not let things bother you. Worrying about something will not in the least bit help your situation at all. What it will do for you is to put you into the category of having a heart attack!  Again, from experience, you don’t want one of them either.  Getting cracked open to have your heart worked on is no picnic in the park.
